Limo service in Mississauga with BarrieLimo.net runs from Barrie dispatch: a business sedan between downtown Barrie and Mississauga is a planning range of $415–475 all-in plus HST, about 105 km and 65–90 minutes, tolls included. Toronto Pearson, which is in Mississauga, is $380–440 for the same sedan. Hourly sedans are $135–160 an hour. Book direct.
Limo service in Mississauga, with Pearson on the map
Mississauga is the second-largest city in the Greater Toronto Area by population, and it holds the busiest airport in the country. That matters to a Barrie company, because our most frequent long run is the Highway 400 trip to Toronto Pearson, and Pearson's address is Mississauga. If your search was "mississauga limo", this page tells you what a Barrie-based service offers: fixed fares between Mississauga and Simcoe County, flight-tracked airport pickups, and an hourly private chauffeur when you need a car for the day.
We are honest about scale: for a short hop inside Mississauga a local taxi or ride-hail will cost less. For the planned long run, book the car direct and see one fixed fare before you confirm.
Fares between Barrie and Mississauga
These are planning ranges, one way, between downtown Barrie and Mississauga, all-in (chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, the 407 ETR and bridge tolls on the planned route, gratuity), with HST shown separately. The reservation engine quotes your exact address, date and vehicle and never shows less than these ranges.
| Vehicle | Passengers / bags | One way, Barrie ↔ Mississauga | Distance | Drive time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | 3 / 3 | $415–475 | about 105 km | 65–90 min |
| Business SUV | 5 / 5 | $540–620 | about 105 km | 65–90 min |
| Executive SUV | 6 / 6 | $665–760 | about 105 km | 65–90 min |
| First-class sedan | 3 / 3 | $1,080–1,235 | about 105 km | 65–90 min |
| Sprinter | up to 14 | $1,660–1,900 | about 105 km | 65–90 min |
Mississauga is a large city, and a pickup near the 407 is a shorter run from Barrie than a lakeshore address at Port Credit, so the engine prices the street address, not the city name. For a wider view see the rates page and the Barrie limo prices guide.
Mississauga airport limo: Toronto Pearson from Barrie
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is in Mississauga, about 97 km from downtown Barrie, 60–85 minutes by Highway 400, the 401 or the 407 ETR and the 427. A business sedan is $380–440 all-in plus HST; a business SUV $490–565; an executive SUV $580–665; a first-class sedan $910–1,045; a Sprinter $1,390–1,600. These are the figures on our Barrie to Pearson route page and the Toronto Pearson airport page.
Flight tracking is on every pickup. Waiting is included: 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes on other international arrivals, counted from actual landing. Curbside pickup at the terminal's commercial pickup area is what the fare includes; meeting you inside arrivals with a name board is an optional add-on on the booking form. Terminals 1 and 3 are served; check your booking for yours. The airport's own transportation page lists terminal information.
What the fixed fare includes
The fare covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, tolls on the planned route (including the 407 ETR), gratuity and airport fees. HST is the only line shown separately. You see the number before you confirm and pay it, with no meter, no surge pricing and no wondering about the toll bill.
Child seats can be added at booking from $25 each. If your trip changes, tell dispatch; the planned trip is the one priced. The travel desk can add flights and hotels in the same file when you want them.
Hourly chauffeur in Mississauga
Our lead product is the hourly private chauffeur: one car and one professional chauffeur, kept for a three-hour minimum or all day. A sedan is $135–160 an hour all-in plus HST, a business SUV $175–205, an executive SUV $225–265, a first-class sedan $350–410 and a Sprinter $475–550. A four-hour sedan booking is $540–640.
Mississauga days are rarely one stop. A morning at an office near the airport, a hospital visit, lunch at Port Credit, an afternoon at Square One, the airport at the end of the day: an hourly car handles the sequence and waits at each stop. The hourly vs point-to-point guide shows when the clock is better value than separate fares.
Where our chauffeurs go in Mississauga
Mississauga spreads from the lakefront to the 407. City Centre, around Square One Shopping Centre and Celebration Square, is the downtown. Port Credit on the lake, Streetsville on the Credit River and Meadowvale in the north-west each have their own character, and the University of Toronto Mississauga campus (UTM) sits in the south-west. Trillium Health Partners runs Mississauga Hospital and Credit Valley Hospital (Trillium Health Partners).
The City of Mississauga and Tourism Mississauga publish event and road notices. When a street is closed for a festival, tell us the building name and the entrance you want.

Airport hotels and corporate offices near Pearson
Many Mississauga bookings do not start at a house. They start at a hotel near the airport, a conference centre or a corporate office along the Airport Road and Dixie corridors. Our Pearson airport hotels page explains where cars stop and how hourly bookings from a lobby work, and the Region of Peel's site covers the wider region.
Hotels and venues are places we drive to; we have no affiliation with them and no official role at any of them. The International Centre is one example of a Mississauga venue near the airport that draws events from across Ontario; check its own site for dates.
Taxi or private car in Mississauga?
Mississauga has plenty of taxis and ride-hail cars, and for a local trip they are usually the cheapest choice. A pre-booked private car earns its price on long runs, with luggage or children, on early starts and late returns, and whenever you want the fare agreed in advance: the price is per vehicle, not per seat, so it improves as the group grows.
Our fares are premium-priced; they are not the lowest on the market and we do not pretend otherwise. They pay for a vehicle kept to a standard, a professional chauffeur, flight tracking and a dispatch desk staffed through the night. Read our flat-rate airport taxi comparison before you decide.
Shared shuttle, GO train, UP Express or private car?
For a lone traveller with one bag, a shared shuttle can cost less, because you buy a seat in a van that also serves other passengers; the operator's schedule shapes your day. GO Transit's Milton line and the Lakeshore West line serve Mississauga, MiWay runs local buses (MiWay), and the UP Express connects Union Station to Pearson Terminal 1. Check GO Transit and UP Express for current times and fares; we do not quote them.
A private car is door to door and on your schedule. Our airport shuttle alternative page and the Barrie to Pearson GO train vs limo guide explain how the choice changes with a group.
Mississauga to cottage country
A Mississauga family's Muskoka weekend starts with the 427 or 410 to the 407, then Highway 400 north through Barrie, then Highway 11 from just north of the city. From downtown Barrie the reference fares are Gravenhurst $310–355 (70 km, 45–55 minutes) and Bracebridge $370–425 (90 km, 60–70 minutes), with Port Carling at $430–495 (110 km, 75–90 minutes) and Huntsville at $490–565 (130 km, 80–95 minutes).
A Mississauga pickup is a longer run, so the engine's figure for the whole trip is higher than those Barrie numbers. Our cottage country car service page covers opening and closing weekends, groceries and dogs (by prior approval). Cottage traffic jams the 400 northbound on Friday afternoons and southbound on Sundays from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving.
Mississauga to Blue Mountain and the ski hills
Blue Mountain near Collingwood and the Simcoe County hills (Snow Valley, Horseshoe Resort, Hardwood Ski and Bike and Mount St. Louis Moonstone) are a day trip from Mississauga. From Barrie, Horseshoe and Oro-Medonte are $180–205 (25 km, 20–30 minutes) and Blue Mountain Village $300–345 (66 km, 60–70 minutes).
A business SUV is $175–205 an hour on an hourly booking, with room for five and their skis. The chauffeur waits while you ski and drives home through any snowbelt weather. The ski resort limo page and the Blue Mountain village page go further.
Mississauga to Casino Rama
Casino Rama Resort is at Rama, east of Orillia: from Barrie $230–265 for a business sedan (47 km, 35–45 minutes). From Mississauga the evening is long, so an hourly chauffeur is the sensible way to do it: one car there, the chauffeur waits as long as you stay, and the ride home is calm. See the Casino Rama limo page and the resort's official site for details. Casino Rama is a destination we serve, not a business partner, and no alcohol may be consumed on board.
Weddings, proms and celebrations
Mississauga's banquet halls, lakefront venues and graduations create a steady run of celebration trips, many of them with a leg in Simcoe County: a Barrie family attending a Mississauga wedding, or a Mississauga couple marrying at a Muskoka lodge. Our wedding limo page and the prom limo page cover the details, and the stretch limo page covers the partner vehicles.
Our stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce or Maybach cars and party buses come from vetted partner operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network rather than our own fleet. Stretch limousines start at $400–470 an hour with a four-hour minimum and party buses at $550–650 an hour. Alcohol is not allowed in any of our vehicles, on a wedding day or on prom night.
Corporate and roadshow travel
Mississauga is a corporate city, and Barrie-based companies visit clients there regularly. A corporate car service account puts recurring runs on one file, the executive limo page covers sedans and Jet Sprinter days, and the roadshows and site visits page covers multi-stop days. A Jet Sprinter, a VIP lounge Sprinter for seven, is $650–750 an hour with a three-hour minimum.
Early flights: leaving Barrie for Pearson
Many flights out of Pearson leave early, and early means dark, cold and, from November to March, sometimes snowy. Work back from your airline's check-in guidance for your flight type, then add margin for Highway 400, the 401 and the 427, which are busy long before sunrise on weekdays. The reservation engine takes your flight time and your pickup address, and dispatch suggests the pickup time; the early morning flights blog post explains how we plan the margin.
A fixed fare matters most at these hours. There is no meter and no app to wait for; the car is booked, tracked and dispatched, and you step outside to it. Child seats, skis, golf clubs and extra bags should all be noted at booking so the vehicle matches the load.
Late arrivals: Pearson to Barrie after dark
The return leg is often the harder one. After a long-haul flight, the idea of a 97-km drive north in the dark is unappealing, and the idea of waiting for a shuttle seat is worse. Flight tracking means the car follows your actual landing, not the schedule, and waiting is counted from landing: 30 minutes for Canadian domestic and US flights, 60 minutes for other international arrivals.
Read the red-eye arrivals post and the Pearson Terminal 1 vs Terminal 3 pickup guide so you know where the chauffeur will meet you. Curbside at the commercial pickup area is included; a name board inside arrivals is optional.
A night out in Port Credit or City Centre
Barrie guests visiting Mississauga for dinner, the theatre or a concert can use an hourly car: the chauffeur drops you at the door, waits in the area, and brings you home when the evening ends, so nobody drives back up Highway 400 after a late dinner. A four-hour sedan booking is $540–640 all-in plus HST; longer evenings are billed in 30-minute blocks.
No alcohol is permitted on board, and the chauffeur is the designated driver for the whole night. For celebrations with a larger group, a Sprinter is $475–550 an hour and a stretch limousine (a partner vehicle) $400–470.
Snow squalls and Highway 400 timing
Barrie lies in Ontario's snowbelt: lake-effect squalls off Georgian Bay can slow or close Highway 400 between Barrie and Highway 89 with little warning from November to March. The southbound weekday morning commute and the northbound Friday-afternoon cottage surge are the other two predictable slowdowns. Dispatchers check Ontario 511 and add margin; the Highway 400 winter travel guide lists the signs.
How to book your Mississauga car
- Open the reservation engine and enter your pickup, in Barrie or Mississauga, and your destination.
- Choose the date and time; for Pearson runs add the flight number.
- Select the vehicle, then add child seats or meet and greet if you want them and check the fare on screen.
- Confirm. Cancellation: more than 72 hours before pickup, no charge; 72 hours or less 10 per cent; 48 hours or less 50 per cent; 24 hours or less or no-show 100 per cent.
