Fares
The fare shown by the reservation engine and repeated on your confirmation is fixed. It covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR and bridge tolls on the planned route, airport fees and gratuity; HST is added on top. Any fare printed elsewhere on this site is a planning range until a booking is confirmed.
Hourly bookings
An hourly booking starts at the scheduled time and ends when the chauffeur is released. The minimum is 3 hours for sedans, SUVs, minivans and Sprinters, 4 hours for stretch limousines and 4 to 5 hours for party buses. If the vehicle is free to stay, extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks.
Waiting time
At airports the fare includes 30 minutes from the actual landing time for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for all other international arrivals. Every other pickup includes 15 minutes. After that, waiting is billed in 15-minute blocks.
Airport pickups
The included pickup is curbside, at the terminal's commercial pickup area. Meet and greet inside the arrivals hall is an optional add-on selected on the booking form.
Cancellations
Counted back from the scheduled pickup time: more than 72 hours - no charge; 72 hours or less - 10 % of the reserved services; 48 hours or less - 50 %; 24 hours or less, or a no-show - 100 %.
On board
Seat belts are worn by everyone. Children ride in a suitable child restraint, which we provide on request from $25 per seat. Alcohol is not allowed in any vehicle, stretch limousines and party buses included, and neither is smoking or vaping. Pets travel only with approval confirmed in writing before the trip; service animals are welcome. Damage and exceptional cleaning are charged at cost, and a chauffeur may decline or end a trip if safety is in doubt.
Partner vehicles
Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach, party buses, coaches and trips beyond our own service area are carried out by vetted partner operators working to our written standard, in vehicles no more than four model years old (seven for Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley). Your confirmation states when a partner is involved.
Limits of liability
Weather, road closures, border queues and other events beyond our control can delay a trip. We are not liable for a flight, train or connection missed because of them, and we will always work with you to re-plan the journey.
