Alliston to downtown Barrie is a planning $240-275 for a business sedan, about 45 km and 40-50 minutes. Alliston to Pearson is roughly 75 km, quoted exactly by the reservation engine. An hourly sedan is $135-160 with a three-hour minimum.
Alliston limo service for New Tecumseth
Alliston is the largest community in New Tecumseth, the municipality that also takes in Beeton and Tottenham, and it sits on the western edge of the Highway 400 corridor. It is closer to the airport than most people expect and farther from a local airport shuttle than they would like, which is why we get calls from the town: businesses with visitors to collect, families with early flights, patients with appointments and couples who want a car for the wedding.
Everything is booked directly on our own reservation engine at BarrieLimo.net/book. You choose the vehicle, see one fixed fare and confirm, with no app and no marketplace in between.

Alliston to Pearson airport
Alliston to Toronto Pearson is roughly 75 km, which is about an hour with light traffic, though morning rush on the 400 and the 407 can double that. The chauffeur chooses between Highway 400 and the roads that lead to the 427 depending on traffic and weather on the day.
We do not print a single Alliston-to-Pearson figure here, because the engine builds it from your address. For scale, our planning table prices a 60 km trip at $280-320 and an 80 km trip at $340-390 for a business sedan, and the booking form shows the exact number. Compare it with the longer Barrie to Pearson trip when you are choosing a pickup.
Pearson airport to Alliston
Arrivals are met at the commercial pickup area of your terminal, which the fare includes. A name-board meet and greet inside arrivals is optional and chosen on the booking form. We track your flight, so a late landing moves the pickup: the fare covers 30 minutes of waiting for Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes for other international arrivals.
Visitors arriving for business appreciate that the car is waiting even after a long-haul flight and a slow customs line; see the Pearson airport page for terminal details and the official Pearson ground transportation page.
Is there an airport shuttle from Alliston?
People search for an Alliston airport shuttle and are often surprised by the answer: shared options depend on the operator and the day, and no schedule we could quote is current. Where a shared seat exists it is usually cheaper for one traveller who is flexible about time.
A private car is priced per vehicle, collects you at the door, leaves when you are ready and goes straight to your terminal. For two or more travellers, early flights or heavy luggage, it is often the simpler plan. Our airport shuttle alternative page compares the two honestly.
Alliston taxi or private car?
For a short trip around Alliston, a local cab is ideal. For anything with a plan, a pre-booked car adds value: the fare is fixed before you confirm, the chauffeur tracks your flight and the vehicle class matches your luggage. Our flat-rate airport taxi alternative page explains what the fixed fare covers.
If cost is the main concern and your schedule is flexible, the County of Simcoe's LINX transit service links Alliston with Bradford GO station, and from there the GO Barrie line runs toward Toronto: confirm routes, times and fares with the operators, because we do not quote them.
Hourly chauffeur from Alliston
The hourly private chauffeur is our lead product: one car and driver for a three-hour minimum or a whole day. A business sedan is $135-160 an hour, a business SUV $175-205, an executive SUV $225-265, a first-class sedan $350-410 and a Sprinter $475-550. A four-hour sedan booking is $540-640 all-in plus HST.
Hourly is the smart choice when your day has several stops: a morning plant visit, lunch, an afternoon meeting in Barrie, dinner and home. One booking, one driver, with extra time added in 30-minute blocks. See the hourly chauffeur service and private chauffeur pages.
Business visitors and plant trips
Honda of Canada Mfg. runs a large assembly operation southeast of Alliston, and other employers across New Tecumseth and neighbouring Essa bring visitors to town. Many of those guests arrive at Pearson, and a black car with a name-board meet and greet is a simple way to make the first hour calm. We have no connection to any employer; we are simply the car that collects visitors.
For crews and shift groups, our employee and crew shuttles page covers Sprinters and repeat schedules. For team trips and multi-stop days, a Jet Sprinter at $650-750 an hour seats seven in lounge chairs.
Stevenson Memorial Hospital and medical trips
Stevenson Memorial Hospital serves Alliston and the surrounding townships from its site on Fletcher Crescent; see the hospital's website for departments and visiting information. Patients also travel to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie and to hospitals in Toronto for specialty care.
We drive patients and companions door to door, wait through the appointment and bring you home; a one-way trip includes 15 minutes of waiting and then 15-minute blocks apply, so a long clinic is better booked by the hour. See medical appointments.
Nottawasaga Resort, golf and weddings
Nottawasaga Resort and Conference Centre in Alliston is a full-service destination with golf and conference space; see the resort's own site. We are not affiliated, but we are often asked to collect guests, wedding parties and delegates from Pearson or Barrie.
For a wedding, our own sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters carry the party and guests. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach cars, party buses and coaches come from vetted partner operators and are priced in writing by a coordinator. Alcohol is not allowed on board, including on party buses, stretch limos, weddings and proms. See wedding limo.
Banting, potatoes and a day in town
Alliston is the birthplace of Sir Frederick Banting, who shared in the discovery of insulin, and a heritage home in town is associated with his birth. The town is also known for its potato growing and an annual Alliston Potato Festival; check the Town of New Tecumseth site for dates, which we will not guess.
A chauffeur can build a gentle day around those places: a morning on the heritage streets, lunch and the farm country around Beeton and Tottenham. Book it by the hour and tell the driver the stops you want.
Beeton, Tottenham and the rest of New Tecumseth
Beeton and Tottenham are part of the same municipality, and both are in our service area. Fares for each follow the same method: the reservation engine prices the exact pickup address, so there are no zones and no guesswork. Use the booking form to see the fixed number.
Both villages are well placed for Pearson. Cottage-country traffic on summer weekends is a bigger factor than distance, so book early.
Tanger Outlets Cookstown and Essa
On the road between Alliston and Barrie, the Tanger Outlets at Cookstown are a regular stop: see Tanger Outlets Cookstown and the official Tanger Cookstown page. An hourly SUV or executive SUV is ideal for a shopping day, with room for the bags and a driver who waits.
Angus and CFB Borden lie to the north-east; see Essa, Angus and CFB Borden for fares and pickups there. Many visitors combine a plant visit, a shopping stop and a dinner in Barrie on one hourly booking.
Highway 89, the 400 and winter driving
The Alliston run depends on Highway 89 to the 400, so it is exposed to the same conditions as the rest of Simcoe County. Lake-effect squalls can close or slow the 400 between Barrie and Highway 89 with little warning from November to March. Chauffeurs check Ontario 511 before leaving and add margin to early flights.
From Victoria Day to Thanksgiving, cottage traffic slows the 400 northbound on Friday afternoons and southbound on Sundays. See the Highway 400 winter travel guide for the full routine.
What the fare includes
The fixed all-in fare covers the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR and bridge tolls on the planned route, airport fees and gratuity; HST is shown separately before you confirm. There is no surge and no meter, and the price you see is the price you pay.
Pickup waiting is 15 minutes on non-airport pickups, 30 minutes on Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on other international arrivals, from actual landing. After that, 15-minute blocks apply. Child seats are from $25 each and added at booking.
Pets, accessibility and luggage
Pets need prior approval: request it at booking and wait for written confirmation. Service animals are welcome; mention them when you book. A wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available, so book in advance and tell us about the wheelchair or scooter.
A business sedan holds three passengers and three bags; a business SUV, five and five; an executive SUV or luxury minivan, six and six; a Sprinter up to fourteen. Choose by the luggage as well as the headcount; see the fleet page.
Changing or cancelling
More than 72 hours before pickup: no charge. At 72 hours or less: 10 per cent. At 48 hours or less: 50 per cent. At 24 hours or less, or for a no-show: 100 per cent, measured from the scheduled pickup.
An hourly booking can be extended in 30-minute blocks if a meeting runs long, and the chauffeur will tell dispatch so the extra time is billed correctly.
A sample day by the hour from Alliston
Imagine a visitor who lands at Pearson at 9 a.m., needs to be at a morning meeting near Alliston, lunches with colleagues and heads on to Barrie for the evening. By the hour that is one sedan, one chauffeur and one confirmation: pickup at the terminal, the meeting, a wait of whatever length it takes, lunch, the run to Barrie and the drop.
- The sedan meets the flight at the commercial pickup area, with a name board if you added meet and greet.
- The drive to the first stop is on the clock, but you are not waiting for a taxi in a car park.
- Between stops, the car waits; extra time is added in 30-minute blocks.
- The last leg ends at the hotel, and the booking ends with it.
A four-hour sedan booking is $540-640 all-in plus HST, and the engine will show the figure for your actual day before you confirm. Ask for it on the booking form.
