The minimum is 3 hours for sedans, SUVs, minivans and Sprinters, and extra time is added in 30-minute blocks.

Downtown Barrie to Toronto Pearson is about 97 km and normally takes 60-85 minutes on Highway 400 and then the 401 and 427, or the 407 ETR. Weekday rush hours, Sunday cottage traffic and winter squalls south of the city can add to that, so for a departure we count back from your flight time and build in a margin.

Ontario's liquor law restricts open liquor in motor vehicles generally, so an operator who says drinking on board is fine should be able to name the licence or permit that covers it. Plan the toast for the venue and let the chauffeur get everyone there and home.

The fare includes a curbside pickup at the terminal's commercial pickup area, timed to your actual landing. If you would rather be met inside the arrivals hall by a chauffeur holding a name board, add meet and greet on the booking form - it is an optional extra.

Yes. The fixed fare covers the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR and bridge tolls on the planned route, airport fees and the gratuity. HST is added and shown separately. A further tip for outstanding service is appreciated but never expected.

Yes: infant, toddler and booster seats can be requested, from $25 each. Add them at booking with each child's age so that the right seat is in the car before it leaves for your pickup.

Pets travel only with prior approval: ask when you book and wait for written confirmation before the trip. Service animals are always welcome - just mention them at booking so the chauffeur is expecting them.
