The BarrieLimo.net fleet covers eleven classes, from a three-passenger business sedan to a 56-seat motorcoach. Sedans, business and executive SUVs, first-class sedans, luxury minivans, Sprinters and the Jet Sprinter are our own vehicles, dispatched from Barrie. Stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach, party buses and coaches are partner vehicles. Any class books by the hour or one way at a fixed fare.
The Barrie limo fleet, class by class
Three questions pick the vehicle: how many people are travelling, what are they carrying, and what will Highway 400 look like that day. The table answers the first two. Seat counts are adults with a belt each; bag counts are full-size checked cases. The hourly column shows planning ranges, all-in before HST; the reservation engine quotes the exact address, date and vehicle. One-way fares for every destination sit on the Barrie limo rates page, and the car that waits with you is explained under hourly chauffeur service in Barrie.

Which vehicles are ours and which are partner vehicles
Seven of the eleven classes belong to BarrieLimo.net and are sent out by our own dispatch desk with our own chauffeurs: business sedan, business SUV, first-class sedan, executive SUV, luxury van, Sprinter and Jet Sprinter. These do the daily work between Kempenfelt Bay and Pearson, up Highway 11 to the lakes and around Simcoe County.
Four classes are specialist vehicles that spend most weekdays parked: stretch limousines, Rolls-Royce and Maybach cars, party buses and coaches. Those come from vetted operators in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, and we call them partner vehicles on this page, on the booking form and on your confirmation. You still reserve on BarrieLimo.net, deal with one dispatch desk and see one fixed fare; a coordinator confirms the partner vehicle to you in writing ahead of the date.
Business sedan
A Cadillac CT6 or XTS, a Lincoln Continental, a Mercedes-Benz E-Class or an equivalent car: black, unmarked and quiet at highway speed. Three adults and three checked cases fit without anything riding on a lap. This is the class behind every figure on the fare table, and the one most people choose for a Barrie to Pearson limo run: about 97 km, 60–85 minutes, planning range $380–440 one way.
By the hour the sedan runs $135–160 with a three-hour minimum, so a four-hour booking lands at $540–640 all-in plus HST. That buys a morning of appointments at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, a round of client calls along Bayfield Street and Mapleview Drive, or dinner on Dunlop Street with the car parked outside. A short one-way hop inside the city is $110–125.
Business SUV
The business SUV is the snowbelt answer to the sedan: a Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon, Ford Expedition or Lincoln Aviator with four-wheel drive, five seats and room for five cases. Skis go inside rather than on a roof rack, hockey bags lie flat, and the extra ground clearance is welcome when a squall has left drifts across a concession road in Oro-Medonte.
One way it prices at about 1.3 times the sedan on trips of 40 km and more, which makes Barrie to Pearson $490–565. Hourly it is $175–205 with a three-hour minimum, and the shortest in-town trips have a class minimum of $180–205. For two couples heading to Horseshoe, or four colleagues with luggage, it is the best value on the list.

First-class sedan
The first-class sedan is a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, a BMW 7 Series, an Audi A8 or an equivalent flagship. Capacity matches the business sedan at three passengers and three bags; what changes is the rear cabin, which is longer, better insulated and built for somebody who intends to read, phone or sleep between Barrie and Bay Street.
Expect roughly 2.4 to 2.6 times the business-sedan fare one way, so $910–1,045 to Pearson, and $350–410 per hour on a three-hour minimum; within Barrie the class minimum is $360–415. It suits a visiting principal, a keynote speaker, an anniversary dinner or a full private chauffeur day where the back seat is effectively the office.
Executive SUV
An Escalade ESV, Navigator L, Yukon Denali XL or Suburban: the long-wheelbase trucks with six passenger seats and a cargo bay that still takes six cases with the third row in use. This is the family airport car for Simcoe County, and the cottage car too. Two parents, three children, a dog approved in advance and a week of bags all travel together.
One way the executive SUV runs about 1.5 to 1.6 times the sedan, or $580–665 between Barrie and Pearson. Hourly it is $225–265 with a three-hour minimum, and a short local trip has a minimum of $260–300. Corporate clients use it when a delegation of five or six should arrive in a single vehicle rather than a convoy.
Luxury van
Listed on the reservation engine as the luxury minivan, this is a Mercedes-Benz V-Class, Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle or Toyota Sienna Limited. Six seats and six bags, like the executive SUV, but with sliding doors, a low step and a flat floor. Grandparents get in without climbing, strollers roll to the door, and three child seats fit across the two rear rows without a wrestling match.
On trips of 40 km and more it prices at about 1.5 times the sedan as a planning guide, and on the Barrie to Pearson run the minivan is quoted by the engine for your date, as is the hourly figure. Families flying out of Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 with car seats tend to end up here; so do wedding guests moving between a hotel and a venue on the waterfront.
Sprinter
The executive Sprinter seats up to fourteen with luggage behind, under a roof tall enough to stand beneath. It is the vehicle for a ski group bound for Blue Mountain, a wedding party, a hockey team's parents, a site crew, or a tasting afternoon around Simcoe County's breweries and cideries where nobody in the group should be holding keys.
Plan on roughly three and a half to four times the sedan one way ($1,390–1,600 to Pearson) and $475–550 per hour on a three-hour minimum; the in-town minimum is $480–550. Split fourteen ways, an evening at Casino Rama or a day on the slopes costs each person less than most alternatives, and everyone travels in one cabin. More on group days is under Sprinter and group transportation.

Jet Sprinter
The Jet Sprinter takes the same tall body and fits it for seven instead of fourteen: reclining lounge captain's chairs, work tables and space to hold a conversation facing one another. Five bags travel with the group. It is a boardroom that happens to be moving down Highway 400, and it is ours, not a partner vehicle.
It is also the top of the price list: about 5.5 times the sedan one way and $650–750 per hour with a three-hour minimum; a short local booking has a minimum of $750–865. Leadership teams use it for the Barrie to downtown Toronto run when ninety minutes of preparation time is worth more than the fare, and families book it for a milestone evening when the ride should be part of the occasion.
Stretch limousine
Stretch limousines are partner vehicles. Two shapes are offered: a Lincoln or Cadillac stretch sedan for eight, and a stretch SUV for up to fourteen. Both come with the long bench cabin people picture when they say "limo", and both are booked for at least four hours. Planning ranges are $400–470 per hour for the stretch sedan and $450–525 for the stretch SUV; a short in-town booking has a minimum of $450–520.
Weddings on the waterfront, prom night and graduations are the usual reasons, and each has its own page: wedding limo in Barrie and prom limo. A coordinator prices multi-stop wedding days in writing so the timeline, the photo stops and the vehicle are confirmed together.
Rolls-Royce
Rolls-Royce Ghost and Phantom cars and the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class are partner vehicles, supplied for the bride's arrival, a significant birthday or a guest who should step out of the finest car on the street. Three passengers and two bags is the honest capacity. Hourly bookings start from $675 with a three-hour minimum, and one-way transfers of 40 km or more run at about 4.8 times the sedan range.
Availability is thinner than for any other class, especially on summer Saturdays, so a date should be held early. The full description is on the Rolls-Royce chauffeur page.
Party bus
Limo buses and party buses are partner vehicles for 14 to 36 passengers, with perimeter seating, sound and lighting. The planning range is $550–650 per hour on a four- to five-hour minimum, and $650–750 is the minimum for a short booking. Bachelor and bachelorette nights, concert nights at Burl's Creek and group runs to Rama are the typical calls; see party bus rental in Barrie.
One rule surprises people, so it is stated here: alcohol is not allowed on board. That applies to party buses exactly as it applies to sedans. The bus is the way to and from the celebration, with music and room to stand.
Coach
Minicoaches and motorcoaches seat 24 to 56 with luggage bays underneath, and they are partner vehicles like the other large classes. They move conference delegates between hotels and a venue, a tour group between Barrie and Niagara, a team to a tournament, or wedding guests in a single shuttle loop. A coordinator prices coaches in writing because the answer depends on hours, distance, driver rest and how many vehicles the day needs.
Vehicle age: four model years for partners, seven for the rare cars
Any partner or affiliate vehicle sent on a BarrieLimo.net booking is at most four model years old, whatever the class. The single exception covers Rolls-Royce, Maybach and Bentley cars, where the limit is seven model years, because those cars are kept longer and driven far less. If a partner cannot supply a vehicle inside the limit for your date, we tell you before you confirm instead of sending something older.
Prepared for Highway 400 winters
Barrie sits in the snowbelt, and the fleet is equipped for it. Our sedans, SUVs, vans and Sprinters run on winter tires from November to April and are detailed before each trip. Chauffeurs check Ontario 511 and the Environment Canada forecast before any departure during squall season, because the stretch of the 400 between Barrie and Highway 89 can go from clear to whiteout in a few kilometres. When the forecast is poor, an SUV is the sensible class, and dispatch will say so if you ask.
Luggage, skis, golf bags and hockey gear
Bag counts in the table assume standard checked suitcases. Skis and snowboards ride inside an SUV, a van or a Sprinter; they do not go in a sedan trunk. Treat a set of golf clubs as one large case and a hockey bag as rather more than one. If a party of three is each bringing a large case plus a carry-on plus ski boots, book the business SUV and enjoy the legroom. Tell us about anything unusual at booking, such as a wheelchair, a crate or a cello.
Child seats, pets and accessibility
Infant, toddler and booster seats are added at booking, from $25 each, and installed before the car leaves the yard; Ontario's own guidance on choosing a child car seat explains which stage fits which child. Pets travel by prior approval only: request it on the form and wait for written confirmation. Service animals are welcome, and a mention at booking helps us send the right vehicle. A wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available on request; reserve ahead and describe the wheelchair or scooter so the right one is assigned.
Matching the class to the trip: a Cadillac Escalade limo rental, a Mercedes S-Class with a chauffeur or a Sprinter
Solo or a couple to the airport: business sedan. Winter, skis or four adults: business SUV. Five or six people, or a family with a week of bags: executive SUV or luxury van. Seven to fourteen: Sprinter. A meeting on wheels: Jet Sprinter. A ceremony, a prom or a milestone: a partner stretch or Rolls-Royce. Fifteen or more: a partner bus or coach. When the plan has several stops or any waiting, choose the hourly option in whichever class fits.
