Limo service Bradford from BarrieLimo.net: a private black car and chauffeur for Bradford West Gwillimbury, booked direct at /book/. Bradford to downtown Barrie is a planning $225-260 for a business sedan, about 40 km and 30-40 minutes. Bradford to Toronto Pearson is only about 63 km, and the engine shows the exact fixed fare. By the hour, a sedan is $135-160 with a three-hour minimum.
Limo service Bradford: why the town books a chauffeur
Bradford is at the south end of Simcoe County, where Highway 400 meets Highway 88 and the farmland of the Holland Marsh begins. The town sits closer to Pearson than almost any other community we serve, and that changes who books. Early-flight travellers from here do not need a long drive, but they do want certainty: a car at the door at 3:30 a.m., a driver who tracks the flight, and a fare that does not depend on a meter.
Our dispatch desk is in Barrie, 40 km north, so a Bradford pickup is planned ahead. Book at BarrieLimo.net/book and the engine shows one fixed fare for your address, date and vehicle before you confirm.
How much is a limo to or from Bradford?
Between Bradford and downtown Barrie, a business sedan is about $225-260 all-in plus HST, for roughly 40 km and 30-40 minutes depending on the hour. Larger vehicles follow our published multipliers for trips of 40 km or more. These are planning figures; the reservation engine quotes the exact trip.
| Vehicle (one way, Bradford to downtown Barrie) | Planning fare | Seats / bags |
|---|---|---|
| Business sedan | $225-260 | 3 / 3 |
| Business SUV | $295-340 | 5 / 5 |
| Executive SUV | $360-415 | 6 / 6 |
| First-class sedan (S-Class or 7 Series) | $585-675 | 3 / 3 |
| Sprinter | $900-1,040 | up to 14 |
Prices include the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls on the planned route, gratuity and airport fees; HST is shown separately. See limo prices in Barrie for how fares are built.
Bradford to Pearson airport: the short run
Bradford to Toronto Pearson is about 63 km by road, roughly 50 minutes in clear traffic, straight down Highway 400 and across to the 407 or the 427. Add margin in the morning rush and on Friday afternoons, when the southbound corridor slows.
We do not print a single Bradford-to-Pearson figure here, because it is a shorter run than the Barrie one and the engine prices it from your address. For scale, our planning table prices a 60 km trip at $280-320 and an 80 km trip at $340-390 for a business sedan. The booking form gives the exact fixed number. For the full Barrie run see Barrie to Pearson.
Pearson airport to Bradford
Arrivals are met at the commercial pickup area of your terminal, which is what the fare includes, with an optional name-board meet and greet inside arrivals available on the booking form. Flights are tracked, so your driver knows when you land. The fare includes 30 minutes of waiting after a Canadian domestic or US flight and 60 minutes after other international arrivals.
Late arrivals are easy: at night the 427 and the 400 are quick, and you can be in Bradford within the hour. Terminal-by-terminal tips are on our Pearson airport page.
Bradford GO train or private car?
Bradford is a stop on GO Transit's Barrie line, and the GO train is a good option for a commuter to Toronto: see the GO Transit site for current schedules and fares, because we do not quote either. A car does not compete with that; it covers what the train cannot.
- The last mile. From your door to Bradford GO and back in the evening: see Bradford GO station.
- Luggage and groups. Suitcases, hockey bags and strollers do not suit a train platform.
- Late returns. After a concert or a late shift, the car is there when the last train has gone.
- Airport days. There is no direct train from Bradford to Pearson, so a private car is door to door.
Bradford taxi or private car?
Local taxis are useful for quick trips around town, to the GO station or the grocery store, and if that is your need, take one. Where the private car wins is on the planned, longer or earlier trip: Pearson at dawn, a medical appointment in Barrie, a day of meetings.
The difference is how the price is set. A taxi meters the journey; our engine shows the fixed fare in advance, per vehicle. Compare it with our flat-rate airport taxi alternative page. Cheaper options exist for a single traveller on a flexible schedule, such as shared shuttles where offered, and we would rather you choose what suits the trip.
Hourly chauffeur from Bradford
Our lead product is the hourly private chauffeur: a car and driver for a three-hour minimum or all day. Sedans are $135-160 an hour, business SUVs $175-205, executive SUVs $225-265, first-class sedans $350-410 and Sprinters $475-550. A four-hour sedan booking is $540-640 all-in plus HST; extra time is added in 30-minute blocks.
For a Bradford resident, a typical hourly day is a client visit in Newmarket, lunch, a hospital appointment and home again, with one car waiting at each stop. Read more on the hourly chauffeur service page and in our hourly versus point-to-point guide.
The Holland Marsh and farm country
Bradford West Gwillimbury takes in part of the Holland Marsh, Ontario's well-known market-garden district, drained from marshland along the Holland River. The Holland Marsh community website describes the farming area, and in season the roads here fill with produce trucks and farm-gate shoppers.
A chauffeur makes a good day trip: a sedan or van from Barrie or the city, stops at farm markets, then home with the trunk full. Agree stops in advance and book hourly, since a farm-gate stop can take longer than planned.
Weddings, proms and events from Bradford
Bradford families book us for weddings, graduations and big evenings. Our own sedans, SUVs, luxury minivans and Sprinters carry the wedding party and guests; stretch limousines, party buses and coaches are partner vehicles from vetted operators, priced in writing by a coordinator. Stretch limousines are $400-470 an hour with a four-hour minimum.
Alcohol is not allowed in our vehicles, including on party buses, stretch limos, weddings and proms. The chauffeur plans the route and the photo stops; you enjoy the evening. See wedding limo and prom limo.
Business travel from Bradford
Executives and professionals based here use us for the Pearson run, for meetings across York Region and for client days in Toronto. A first-class sedan suits a long morning of calls in a quiet cabin; a Jet Sprinter at $650-750 an hour seats seven in lounge chairs for a team trip.
Corporate accounts can book repeat trips through the same form. Our corporate car service page explains billing and tracking, and our roadshows and site visits page covers multi-stop days.
Highway 400 timing from Bradford
Highway 400 is the single route between Bradford and Barrie or Toronto, so timing matters. Weekday mornings slow the southbound lanes toward the 407 and the 401; weekday afternoons slow the northbound; Friday and Sunday cottage traffic stretches the 400 from Victoria Day to Thanksgiving.
In winter, lake-effect squalls north of here can close or slow the 400 between Barrie and Highway 89 with little warning. Chauffeurs check Ontario 511 before every departure and add margin to dawn flights. The Highway 400 winter guide has the detail.
The 407 ETR and tolls
Southbound, a chauffeur may use the tolled 407 ETR when it saves real time. Any 407 or bridge toll on the planned route is already inside the fixed fare, so you will not see a surprise add-on. See is the 407 ETR worth it from Barrie to Pearson for how the choice is made.
If traffic makes a different route faster on the day, the chauffeur takes it and the fare you confirmed stays the same.
Bradford to Billy Bishop and Union Station
Billy Bishop (YTZ) is reached from the mainland terminal at Eireann Quay, with a pedestrian tunnel or a short ferry to the island. Cars drop at the mainland side. See Billy Bishop airport for the plan.
Union Station is the hub for VIA Rail, GO Transit and UP Express. If you are connecting to a train, we meet the arrival and drive you home; see Union Station. The booking form quotes both from your Bradford address.
Bradford to Alliston and the Tanger Outlets
LINX transit serves Alliston to Bradford GO, and a chauffeur is often chosen for the same corridor when schedules do not fit. The route west to Alliston and the shopping at Cookstown are easy hourly days: see Alliston and Tanger Outlets Cookstown.
For a shopping day, an hourly sedan or SUV keeps the bags in the trunk and the driver waiting; for visitors from further away, an executive SUV carries six comfortably.
Child seats, pets and accessibility
Child seats (infant, toddler and booster) are available from $25 each, added at booking. Pets need prior approval: request it on the form and wait for written confirmation. Service animals are welcome; mention them when you book. A wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available, so book in advance and tell us about the wheelchair or scooter.
Please check the fleet class against your luggage on the fleet page: a business sedan holds three passengers and three bags, an executive SUV six and six.
Changing or cancelling
Cancel more than 72 hours before pickup and there is no charge. At 72 hours or less the charge is 10 per cent, at 48 hours or less 50 per cent, and at 24 hours or less or for a no-show, 100 per cent, measured from the scheduled pickup.
Waiting at non-airport pickups includes 15 minutes, then 15-minute blocks apply. For an hourly booking, extra time is added in 30-minute blocks.
A sample 5 a.m. flight from Bradford
Suppose your flight leaves Pearson at 7:30 a.m. and you want to be at the terminal about two and a half hours ahead for an international departure. On a clear morning the 63 km drive takes about 50 minutes, so a pickup near 4:15 a.m. leaves a cushion for a fuel-up, a slow patch or a closed lane.
- Book at least a few days ahead and add the flight number in the notes.
- Receive the confirmation with your fixed fare and the vehicle class.
- The chauffeur arrives a few minutes early and loads the bags.
- The drop is at the departures level of your terminal; your confirmation names it.
If the flight is delayed overnight, message dispatch and the pickup moves; the cancellation schedule below applies only to changes made close to the scheduled time. See early-morning flights from Barrie for the planning rules.
Seasons in Bradford: harvest, hockey and holidays
Late summer and early fall add farm traffic around the Holland Marsh, and weekends in October bring day-trippers to the roads north of the 400. In winter, minor-hockey tournaments and school trips fill the arenas of the region, and group bookings in a luxury minivan or Sprinter keep several families in one vehicle.
December is the season for corporate parties and holiday lights tours; see Christmas and New Year's Eve for how those nights are planned. Whatever the season, the best advice is the same: book early, give a precise pickup point, and let the chauffeur choose the route.
