Hotels near Pearson suit Barrie travellers with a very early flight or a very late landing, and BarrieLimo.net links the hotel to Barrie by fixed fare: about 97 km, 60–85 minutes down Highway 400, planning range $380–440 for a business sedan, all-in plus HST with tolls included. The reservation engine prices your hotel address exactly, with flight tracking on every airport pickup.
Pearson airport hotels for Barrie travellers: why they matter
Most hotel pages for Pearson are written for someone who lives in another province. This one is for the person who lives 97 km away. If you are in Barrie, Innisfil, Orillia or Muskoka, the airport is a drive of an hour or more on Highway 400, and two situations make a hotel night near the terminals sensible: a flight before about seven in the morning, and a landing so late that the trip north would end after midnight.
BarrieLimo.net covers both. A hotel is an address to us, so you book directly on our reservation engine, enter the hotel name or street and the Barrie address, and see a fixed all-in fare: chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, 407 ETR and bridge tolls on the planned route, airport fees, gratuity, with HST shown separately. This page sits beside the Pearson airport page, which covers terminals and curbside meeting, and the Barrie to Pearson route page, which covers the drive.
Which Pearson hotels do we pick up from?
We drive to any hotel near the airport and have no partnership with any of them. The hotels below were checked on 2 October 2026 against the airport's own hotel pages, brand listings and a current booking listing; none showed as closed. The airport maintains its own hotel list and a hotel shuttle page, which are the places to confirm anything that changes.
- Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport, connected to Terminal 3.
- ALT Hotel Toronto Airport, 6080 Viscount Road, next to the airport's Viscount station.
- Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites, 5875 Airport Road.
- Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre, 655 Dixon Road.
- Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport, a short distance from the terminals.
Many more hotels sit on Airport Road, Dixon Road and the roads around them, and the same rule applies: tell the engine the address.
The two on-airport hotels: Sheraton Gateway and ALT
Two hotels are part of the airport's own transit loop. The Sheraton Gateway is connected to Terminal 3, and the airport's Terminal Link train, which it describes as free and accessible, links the terminals, the Sheraton Gateway and the ALT Hotel's Viscount station. Read the airport's Terminal Link page for current hours and stops.
For a Barrie traveller the point is simple. If you sleep at one of those two, the walk or the train takes you to your check-in; the car's only job is the ride between the hotel and Barrie. When our car collects you from either one, the chauffeur waits at the entrance the hotel uses for pre-arranged cars, and the dispatcher confirms the exact spot with you. Meet-and-greet inside a terminal is an optional add-on chosen at booking, and does not apply to a hotel pickup.
Hotels along Airport Road and Dixon Road
The Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites and the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre are not part of the Terminal Link system. Hotel listings show that hotels in this corridor advertise their own airport shuttles; shuttle hours, frequency and fees are the hotel's to state, so confirm them when you book your room and again the day before you travel.
From our point of view the hotels are addresses a few minutes from the terminals. A private car from Barrie to one of them is a normal trip, and the engine prices it from your pickup address to the hotel address. If you are staying in a conference or business hotel for a day of meetings, our hourly chauffeur can collect you from the hotel and keep the car with you.

Early flight from Barrie: hotel night or a 3 a.m. start?
The case for a hotel is the 6 a.m. departure. Airlines ask domestic travellers to be at the airport well ahead of boarding, and a Highway 400 run that takes 60 minutes on a quiet night can take 85 when anything goes wrong. Back-time a 6 a.m. flight from a Barrie address and the chauffeur is at your door in the middle of the night.
Two honest options. One: sleep in Barrie and leave at that hour; a car is fine, the roads are quiet, and you are in your own bed until the last minute. Two: take a car the evening before, sleep at an airport hotel, and walk or ride the airport's train to check-in. The second costs a hotel night and a second fixed fare, but buys sleep and removes the risk of a winter squall on the 400. Our early-morning flights guide explains the back-timing.
Late landing: stay near Pearson or drive north at midnight?
A landing at 11 p.m. plus baggage and customs puts you on Highway 400 near midnight and at the door in Barrie by 1:30 or later. That is where chauffeurs earn their money: the car is waiting, the flight was tracked, and the route is quiet.
If you would rather stay at the airport and travel in daylight, a hotel night plus a morning pickup is a legitimate choice, especially in January. Compare the two with the engine: it shows the fare for a midnight pickup and for a morning pickup. Our red-eye arrivals guide covers the late-night procedure and the winter airport transfers article covers the weather.

Park and fly at Pearson from Barrie: the honest comparison
"Park and fly Pearson" is a very large search, and for good reason: a hotel stay that includes parking for the length of your trip can be a sensible option. The package price is the hotel's to state, and the shuttle is the hotel's; we do not print numbers for other businesses.
A fair comparison has four parts. First, the cost: ask the hotel for the all-in package for your number of nights and compare it with our fixed fares, which are per vehicle, not per seat. Second, the drive: you are on Highway 400 yourself, in any weather, after a day of packing. Third, the return: you land tired and drive 97 km. Fourth, group size: for one traveller on a short trip, a package can be less; for a family, a long trip or a winter flight, a chauffeur home is easier. Read the airport shuttle alternative page for the shared-seat comparison.
Family and guests flying in: Pearson, a hotel, then Barrie
Visitors do not always come straight to Barrie. A relative flying from overseas may land, sleep at an airport hotel to get over the flight, and be collected the next morning. A wedding guest may arrive a day early. In those cases you book the leg from the hotel to Barrie, with the hotel address as the pickup.
You can also book on their behalf. Our first-time visitor guide covers Barrie for people who have never been, and the Barrie hotels page lists places to stay when they arrive. Our dispatch desk can message the traveller directly; we do not need them to install anything.
International arrivals, customs and waiting time
Included waiting on an airport pickup is 30 minutes after actual landing on Canadian domestic and US flights and 60 minutes on all other international arrivals. If you are met at Pearson, the chauffeur tracks the flight, so an early or late aircraft moves the timing, and you are never charged for a delay in the air. For long immigration queues, message the dispatcher; the car stays. The NEXUS and customs timing article explains how to estimate. For the border agencies' own guidance, see CBSA and the federal screening authority, CATSA.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, and where the car waits
Pearson has two passenger terminals, and your airline decides which one you use. Airlines move occasionally, so check your itinerary or the airport's site rather than trust memory, and put the flight number on the booking so the dispatcher confirms the terminal.
Your fare includes curbside pickup at the terminal's commercial pickup area. We do not print door numbers, because the airport can change them. If you are travelling from a hotel, the chauffeur meets you at the hotel. Our Terminal 1 versus Terminal 3 guide explains each. The airport's transportation page is the official source for ground options.

Trains, the airport bus and the shared shuttle
Be fair about the alternatives. GO Transit's Barrie line serves Allandale Waterfront GO and Barrie South GO and runs to Union Station in Toronto, and UP Express links Union Station with Pearson's Terminal 1; there is no direct train or GO bus from Barrie to Pearson, so a public trip means connections and luggage. Check schedules, fares and journey times on the GO Transit and UP Express sites rather than on ours.
Shared airport shuttles are a legitimate and often cheaper option for one traveller, on their schedule and with other passengers' stops. A private car is door to door, on your schedule and priced per vehicle. Our GO train versus limo guide and the limo vs Uber vs GO train article set them side by side.
Winter: the hotel night as insurance
Barrie is in Ontario's snowbelt, and lake-effect squalls off Georgian Bay can slow or close sections of Highway 400 between November and March. A morning flight is exactly the plan a squall breaks. The cautious move is to leave the evening before, sleep near the airport and walk to check-in.
We watch Ontario 511 and the forecast, fit winter tires and re-time pickups, but no chauffeur controls the weather. Our Highway 400 winter travel guide explains what to expect and when a hotel night is worth it.
The long layover or a day of meetings near the airport
If you have hours to fill, an hourly chauffeur beats a one-way ride. Hotels near the airport host business meetings and conferences, and many guests want to be driven to Mississauga offices, back to the hotel, then to Barrie. That is a single booking by the hour.
Planning figures are $135–160 an hour for a business sedan and $175–205 for a business SUV, three-hour minimum, all-in plus HST; a four-hour sedan booking is $540–640. Our corporate page covers accounts, and the Mississauga city page covers the local runs. Ask the engine about multiple stops.
Groups, crews and delegations
A group of eight to fourteen can use an executive Sprinter: $1,390–1,600 one way between Barrie and Pearson. A delegation can travel in several vehicles on one booking, and stretch limousines and party buses are partner vehicles from vetted operators, priced in writing by a coordinator.
Pets need prior approval: ask at booking and wait for written confirmation. Child, toddler and booster seats are from $25 each, added at booking. A wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available in advance; tell us about the wheelchair or scooter. Alcohol is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
Book your Pearson hotel transfer
Open /book/, choose the pickup, the hotel or Barrie address, the flight number and the vehicle, and the engine returns a fixed fare. Cancellation is by the sitewide rule: more than 72 hours before pickup is free; 72 hours or less is 10 %; 48 hours or less is 50 %; 24 hours or less or a no-show is 100 %.
For hotel nights in Toronto itself, our downtown Toronto hotels page covers Union Station and the core. For a private jet, see Pearson private aviation. The travel desk arranges flights and hotels with the car in one file, and the hotel hub lists every area.
