To arrange and drive a trip we need certain details: the passenger's name and contact information, the pickup and drop-off addresses, flight or train numbers, how many people and bags are travelling, and payment details, which are processed by our booking provider. That information is used to provide and bill the service, to reach you about the booking and to satisfy legal and tax requirements - and for nothing else. It is never sold. A chauffeur is given only what the trip requires. We keep records for the period accounting law demands and delete them afterwards. Website analytics are collected in aggregate.
