Casino Rama concerts limo from Barrie: how it works
Casino Rama's live shows are one of the biggest reasons people from Barrie head east, and the ride is simple enough that a chauffeur is a pleasure rather than a luxury. You buy your tickets from the resort; BarrieLimo.net is not the casino, a ticket agent or an official transportation partner, and we do not claim to be. We drive to it. You choose a pickup time in Barrie (or Innisfil, Springwater, Orillia or anywhere nearby), the chauffeur takes you to the resort, and after the show the same chauffeur, or another one from our own dispatch desk, collects you at the time you choose. For the wider picture of casino nights see the Casino Rama limo service page, and for the destination itself read the Casino Rama Resort guide.
What and where is the Casino Rama Entertainment Centre?
The resort's own website describes its Entertainment Centre as its home for live entertainment. Casino Rama Resort is at 5899 Rama Road in Rama, just east of Orillia, and the casino's website says it is operated by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited. The gaming floor is listed as open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and the resort also has a hotel and spa and a number of restaurants. The site also lists a VIP coach and charter bus option under its visitor information. Everything about shows, seating and tickets is the resort's to say, so use the Casino Rama entertainment page as the single source of truth and treat anything you read elsewhere, including here, as a guide only.
Casino Rama concerts: a snapshot of what was announced
Line-ups change, and we will not pretend this page is a calendar. When we read the resort's entertainment page on 2 October 2026 it listed shows running into the summer of 2027. A few of the dates published then give a feel for the mix: country, classic rock, tribute acts, comedy and Christmas shows.
| Show (as listed on 2 October 2026) | Date listed |
|---|---|
| Jordan Davis | October 23, 2026 |
| Mitchell Tenpenny | November 6, 2026 |
| Lee Brice | November 20, 2026 |
| Colin James | December 5, 2026 |
| Elvis – A Christmas Special with Pete Paquette | December 6, 2026 |
| Terry Fator | January 15, 2027 |
| Puppers Presents LETTERKENNY LIVE | February 5, 2027 |
| Russell Peters | February 19 and 20, 2027 |
| Air Supply – A Matter of Time Tour | March 5, 2027 |
| Asia featuring John Payne | June 13, 2027 |
Dates, acts and cancellations are the resort's to confirm. If a show matters to you, check it on the official page before you book your car.
Casino Rama concert tickets, age rules and what to bring
The resort states that visitors must be 19 or older with valid government-issued photo identification, and that since January 2026 all Casino Rama Resort shows are 19+ unless otherwise indicated. That matters if you plan a family outing or a birthday with a younger guest: confirm the age rule for the specific show before anyone travels. Buy tickets only from the official channels on the resort's website. We cannot reserve seats and do not sell tickets, and a chauffeur booked with us never depends on your seat location, because the car goes to the same drop-off point in either case.

A concert night timeline from Barrie
Here is a typical shape for an 8 pm show, built from the drive time and not from any promise about the resort's doors. Adjust it to your own tickets.
- 5:30 pm: the chauffeur arrives at your Barrie door, with the fare already fixed.
- 6:15 pm: after a 35–45 minute drive up Highway 11, you are at the resort, leaving time for dinner and parking-free arrival.
- 8:00 pm: show time. The car is booked for the return, or waiting nearby if you chose hourly.
- About 10:30 pm: the encore ends. Message the chauffeur or use the pickup window you set.
- About 11:30 pm: back in Barrie, door to door.
Everything flexes with the show. Comedy sets often run on time and rock shows can run long, so give the return pickup a window rather than a fixed minute.
Hourly chauffeur or two one-way rides for a show?
Both work, and the better one depends on how you spend the evening. Two one-way rides are the cheaper choice for a simple night: a fixed fare there, and another fixed fare back at the time you name. An hourly chauffeur suits anyone who wants dinner, a visit to the gaming floor and a show with a flexible finish, because the same car and the same driver wait nearby and you simply call when you are ready. Planning rates are $135–160 an hour for a business sedan, $175–205 for a business SUV, $225–265 for an executive SUV, with a 3-hour minimum, all-in plus HST; a 4-hour sedan booking is $540–640. For a Sprinter the hourly rate is $475–550 an hour. Ask the engine to quote your exact window. Read the hourly chauffeur service page for the full rules.
Getting home after the encore
The drive home is where a chauffeur earns the fare. A full audience leaving a theatre at the same time, in the dark, is not the moment to wait for a ride-share to be assigned. On a one-way return booking the chauffeur arrives at your named window and waits 15 minutes before 15-minute blocks apply. On an hourly booking they wait nearby and move to the meeting point when you message. Either way the car texts you its details first, so you can walk straight to it. Tell the chauffeur if anyone in your party is tired or unsteady, and we will park as close as the resort allows.

The resort coach versus a private car: an honest comparison
The casino's own site lists a VIP coach and a charter bus. If those run from a point near you, at a time that suits your show, they may well be the cheaper way to travel as an individual, and we encourage you to read the details on the resort's site. A private car makes sense in other cases: when your show times do not match a coach, when you are a couple or a group of four to six sharing one fare, when you live far from a coach pickup, when you want to leave before the end, or when you want to be dropped at your front door at midnight. A fixed fare is per vehicle, not per seat, and the seats are yours alone.
Winter concerts and Highway 11
The show calendar runs through winter, and so does the weather. Barrie is in Ontario's snowbelt, and from November to March squalls can reduce visibility and slow Highway 11 and Highway 400 with little warning. Our chauffeurs drive late-model vehicles detailed before every trip, and they decide the route on the day using live conditions from Ontario 511. If a squall is forecast we suggest an earlier pickup and a longer return window. For a Friday or Saturday show in January we plan for the longest drive time in the range. See the Highway 400 winter travel guide for the detail.
Dinner before the show
The resort lists a mix of restaurants, including ATLAS steak + fish, MATCH Eatery & Public House, Couchiching Court Buffet and Chow Lucky Noodle Bar, though menus and hours are the resort's to confirm. If you prefer to eat in Orillia first, an hourly chauffeur can drop you at a downtown restaurant, wait, and move on to Rama at the right moment. That is the sort of itinerary an hourly booking makes easy, and one-way fares do not: several stops, one car, one fixed arrangement. Tell us the restaurant at booking so the chauffeur can plan the timing.
Staying over at the resort
The resort has a hotel and spa, and some guests prefer to make a weekend of it: a car to Rama on Friday, a night on site and a ride home on Sunday. For a stay-over, two one-way fares are simplest. Hotel details belong to the resort; our Orillia and Casino Rama hotels page lists the areas we drive to without implying any partnership. If you want a flight or a longer package around a trip, the travel desk can help. For other nights out across Simcoe County see the events calendar, and for a summer festival just west of Rama read about the Mariposa Folk Festival in Orillia.

Birthdays, retirements and groups
A concert night is a natural group outing: a birthday for six, a retirement for ten, a staff thank-you. For up to six people an executive SUV or a luxury minivan keeps everyone in one vehicle. Up to fourteen fit one of our own Sprinters at $920–1,060 one way for this trip, or $475–550 an hour. A stretch limousine or a party bus is a partner vehicle from a vetted operator in the LimousineWorldwide.Directory network, with a four-hour minimum for a stretch limousine and four to five hours for a party bus. See party bus rental before you choose one.
No alcohol on board, and playing responsibly
Alcohol is not allowed in our vehicles. That covers party buses and stretch limousines as well as sedans. Plan your evening around the resort's own venues, and let the chauffeur handle the road. If you gamble, set a limit before you leave home and keep to it; the Ontario PlaySmart site has tools and guidance. Having a chauffeur is one small way to protect the night, because nobody has to decide late in the evening whether they are fit to drive.
Accessibility, pets and child seats
A wheelchair-accessible vehicle is available if you book in advance and tell us about the wheelchair or scooter; we never promise a ramp specification we have not confirmed with you. Tell us if anyone needs help with walking and we will use the closest permitted drop-off. Service animals are welcome; other pets need prior approval, requested at booking and confirmed in writing. Most Casino Rama shows are 19+, so child seats are rarely needed here, but they are available on request from $25 each if an all-ages show or a family dinner is on your plan.
Corporate nights, clients and thank-you evenings
Companies use a show as a client or staff reward, and ground transport is part of the impression. A first-class sedan for two clients, or a Sprinter from an office in Barrie, arrives on time and returns everyone home without anyone checking the clock. We can run several vehicles on one account and invoice them together; see corporate car service. For a team event, a Sprinter at the fixed fare above is often less than three taxis each way, and the group stays together.
How to book your Casino Rama chauffeur direct
Open the booking page, enter your pickup address, Casino Rama Resort as the destination, the date and the vehicle class; choose hourly if you want the chauffeur to wait. The engine shows a fixed all-in fare before you confirm, covering the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, tolls on the planned route and gratuity, with HST shown separately. No surge, no meter, no app and no commission to an intermediary. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup; 10 % at 72 hours or less, 50 % at 48 hours or less, and 100 % at 24 hours or less or on a no-show.
